$2.95 shipping cost on all orders purchased totaling $39.99 or less.

Free shipping on all orders purchased totaling $40 or more.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Your tracking number is generated after processing.

3. CANCELLATIONS

4. RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. See the " Return Policy" for more details. 

5. DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please e-mail info@shopxlyfe.com for a more detailed description of what is causing the delay. 

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

If your product has arrived damaged, we will refund the full amount of the purchased item. Reach out by e-mail at info@shopxlyfe.com before returning the item if the product can still be useful to you, the consumer. A discount code can be provided for your next purchase.
