1. Shipping Options (U.S. & International)

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Rates:

  • Orders under $50 and under 2 lbs: $4.95

  • Orders under $50 and 2 lbs or more: $9.95

  • Orders of $50 or more (any weight): FREE

International Shipping Rates:

  • Orders under $100 and under 2 lbs: $14.95

  • Orders under $100 and 2 lbs or more: $24.95

  • Orders of $100 or more: FREE

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total and weight.

2. Shipping Time

We process each order with care, beginning production or packaging within 24 hours of your purchase. All orders are shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Tracking Numbers: May take up to 2 business days to be generated and sent via email.

  • Local Deliveries (where applicable): Arrive within 3 days and may not include tracking, but email updates will keep you informed.

3. Order Cancellations

Due to our quick turnaround, orders cannot be canceled once submitted, as processing begins immediately.

4. Returns & Refunds

We aim for your full satisfaction, but in the event you need to return an item, please note the following:

  • Consumable and topical items (such as creams, oils, or edible products) are not eligible for return.

  • Other items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in new condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

5. Delayed Orders

  • You may choose a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost.
