The fast-growing, drought-resistant characteristics of the Moringa tree are a clue to its production of life. Moringa is safe to eat raw. It is widely cultivated and used as a vegetable or herbal medicine.

Add at least 1 cup of spring water per 1 serving of Moringa into a boiling pot. Bring the mixture to a full boil for 10-20 seconds (Overboiling will reduce the amount produced). Cover the pot and remove the pot from the heat. Let it sit for 2 hours or until it cools.

Store in the refrigerator.
