Enjoy the natural earthly taste of Anamu Tea.

Add at least 1 cup of spring water per 1 serving of Anamu into a boiling pot. Bring the mixture to a full boil for 10-20 seconds (Overboiling will reduce the amount produced). Cover the pot and remove the pot from the heat. Let it sit for 2 hours or until it cools.

Store in the refrigerator.
